On May 29, 2019, pinoyonlineradio.com/pinoyonlineradio.net was created and launched as an entertainment website, and simultaneously created Pinoy Online Radio Facebook page for its broadcast site. It aims to: inform, entertain, discover talents, serve the Filipino community locally and internationally, reconnect with friends and families using this platform.
On June 9, 2019, Pinoy Online Radio had its official launching in California, following the launching of Pinoy Online Radio Singapore on June 15, 2019, with Dj Obet Rivera, an independent songwriter and artist, with his show: 100% indie and more. On the same year, Dec 25, 2019, Dj Diane de Mesa of Bay area California had her test broadcast and finally joined the broadcast team in May 25, 2020. The show’s title: Heart to Heart, featuring: indie artists, love notes and dedications. A short stint of Dj Greg Felix of San Jose, California with his show: Music and Me.
Tapping some more talents and artists around the globe to join Pinoy Online Radio, another indie artist, Dj Dence Sadim from Toyohashi, japan had its first broadcast on December 8,2020, with his show: Musika Mo. Another name in the indie world joined Pinoy Online Radio before the end of 2020, Dj Noel Bernaldo of Bulacan, Philippines had its first broadcast on December 27, 2020 with the title of the show: Kape at Himig. On May 28, 2021, a group of indie artists was formed ” The Lemon group” which eventually decided to have their own show at Pinoy Online Radio on May 28, 2021. This group was formed through a camaraderie of group of song writers who frequented to be guests and listeners at pinoy Online Radio , though Dj Obet Rivera’s show: 100 % Indie Music and More. These artists named themselves and associated with the lemon: based on the song: Ako’y napapa Oh .. Lemon King- Yam Pagunsan, Lemon Hunk- Dwight Kim Atupan, Lemon Oh- Obet Rivera II, Lemon Squeezer- Seth Mendoza, Lemon Chaser- Aki Nakahata, Lemon Spice- Michael Kevin Dadula. The show is done weekly on a Friday night from 9:00 pm Philippine time. Another daily show which caters to song requests was born on July 5, 2021 , hosted by: Yam Pagunsan.
Kevin Torres Siguig, an independent songwriter based in Dubai had joined Pinoy Online Radio as a dj on June 11, 2022, with his show: POR weekly Top Ten. to cater to the Middle east audience . This show invites more artists and audience to participate and request their songs to be included in the WeeklyTop Ten
Pinoy Online Radio created a platform for independent artists and songwriters to showcase their work of arts,, with the tagline: Dito na Tayo sa Pinoy Online Radio, Dahil atin “to” Pinoy Online Radio created a home for Filipino independent artists. A niche programming for indie artists.
Pinoy Rapper, d’ breaker- Sherwin Sarmiento has debut his broadcast on February 13, 2023 with the title of his show: Pure Original Rap by Pinoy Online Radio – POR by POR. The show features independent rap and other genre of music showcasing their songs
